Important: By enrolling in training, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to possess and handle firearms. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.
Due to the exclusive 1-on-1 format, we accept a maximum of two (2) new clients per calendar month. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit or full payment, as applicable.
Payment terms, amounts, and accepted methods will be communicated during the intake process. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor; your use of such services is subject to their terms and conditions.
Prior to commencing training, all clients must complete an intake assessment. This assessment allows us to properly calibrate the program to your experience level, goals, and equipment. Training will not commence until the intake process is complete.
If we must cancel a scheduled session, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at your preference. We will make every effort to provide advance notice.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales of The Mental Armory® online curriculum are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the curriculum preview before purchasing.
Refund requests for other circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion.
Firearms training involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. By participating in any training program, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with handling, operating, and training with firearms, including but not limited to accidental discharge, equipment malfunction, and physical injury.
You agree that you are participating voluntarily and that all safety instructions provided by the instructor must be followed at all times. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.
A separate written liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement will be required prior to the commencement of any in-person training session. These Terms do not supersede any such agreement — both apply.

All content on the Protector Instinct website and within The Mental Armory® curriculum — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, the "Nightmare Drill" methodology, and the "Protector Development Program™" name and structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of Protector Instinct LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You consent to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada for the resolution of any disputes.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of no less than thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.
