By accessing our website or enrolling in any training program offered by Protector Instinct LLC ("Protector Instinct," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Protector Instinct provides private, 1-on-1 defensive firearms training for civilians and armed professionals in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our programs include but are not limited to pistol training, AR-15 instruction, trauma first aid, concealed carry curriculum, and use-of-force education. All training is conducted by a certified, insured instructor.
Enrollment is limited to two (2) new clients per month to maintain the exclusive 1-on-1 standard. Scheduling is subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion. An intake assessment will be conducted prior to the commencement of training.

Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon during the intake process. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to range availability, weather, or instructor unavailability, in which case no fee will be charged.
All content on this website ā including text, training methodologies, the Nightmare Drillā¢, the Protector Development Programā¢, graphics, and course materials ā is the property of Protector Instinct LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protector Instinct LLC and its instructor(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training, use of information obtained from this website, or reliance on any content provided. Firearms training involves inherent risk that is assumed by the participant.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
